Parts are inspected on a 3D coordinate CNC measuring machine ZEISS.
Services
Design and Engineering
Design of machines and devices in 2D and 3D CAD systems, including complete drawing documentation. Based on that, we can produce prototypes and carry out testing.
Material Cutting
On highly productive CNC cutting machines with a maximum bar diameter of 460mm and a length of 6m.
Turning
On very precise 6-axis, 5-axis, and 4-axis flange lathes up to 700mm in diameter and 3-axis lathes with feeders up to 60mm.
Milling
On highly accurate 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers with pallet changers, dimensions up to 1250x1250x1000mm.
Grinding
On a highly productive centerless grinder with a maximum diameter of 100mm.
Electrical Discharge Machining
EDM of parts on EXERON machine with dimensions 550x350x300mm and wire cutting on Fanuc machine with maximum workpiece size 600x400x310mm.
Inspection and Measurement
Inspection and measurement on ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring machine.
Surface Treatments and Heat Processing
Surface treatments including blasting, galvanizing, painting, and others. Chemical-thermal treatments including hardening, induction hardening, carburizing, and annealing.
Laser Marking
Laser marking of metal and non-metal parts.
